With growing numbers of foreign workers; 500,000 in 1997 to over 2.8 million in 2014, the overall number of employment related complaints received and handled by Labour Department is increasing annually. FOREIGN WORKERS WELFARE MANAGEMENT CENTER SDN BHD (FWWMC) provides a link to comprehensively represent and address foreign workers’ plight with the relevant Government agencies and Foreign Consulates. With a complete system in place, we provide a channel for foreign workers to bring their plight to the attention of the relevant Government agencies while ensuring a proper process of recruitment of foreign workers.

To establish and maintain an Electronic Registry FWWMC PORTAL containing all relevant information on foreign workers and provide electronic link-up to relevant Malaysian Government Authorities & for access by Foreign Consulates. It is a one stop portal to assist in bringing unresolved non-employment related issues to the attention / subsequent action by other relevant Authorities, including a comprehensive database of workers that is linked up with FWWMC
